Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 3 years of experience in events management and communications (e.g., content writing, presentations, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to partner with local clients and region partners.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in APAC recruiting with the knowledge of hiring in the Greater China region.
  • Experience in project management and providing results with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret different data sets to decipher patterns and come up with actionable solutions.
  • Ability to be self-directed and highly motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills, with the ability to work in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
  • Excellent content development, articulation, written and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.

In this role, you will be focused on cultivating applicants for Google's hiring needs in the Greater China region. You will be communicating in Mandarin and English to represent Google and build talent pipeline for Google’s Business and Tech organizations. You will partner with the business to drive programs and recruitment that enhance Google’s efforts to attract, engage and retain talents.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a wide variety of go-to-market initiatives and programs (e.g., Networking sessions for leadership level talent, preparation session for early in career to mid-executive level talent, etc.) to build Google’s short and long-term applicant pipeline and ensure the successful delivery of these programs.
  • Build social media communications for programs, promote Google employee advocacy program, and research best practices across different organizations to build a solid social media presence for Google.
  • Partner with external vendors to design/execute events (e.g., career fairs, flagship) and create branding collaterals.
  • Implement various engagements and outreach programs to activate a high-potential pipeline to enable recruiting delivery team for hiring.
  • Build data, reporting and insights to measure program impacts. Develop recommendations for improvement and drive new initiatives.
