Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced medical certifications, such as ACLS, PALS, or PHTLS.
- Experience in a security, law enforcement, or military medical role.
- Experience in developing and delivering training and certification programs.
- Ability to work non-standard hours and work rotations/shifts.
- Excellent investigative skills with experience in report writing and data analysis.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage and provide strategic oversight for the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) medical services program, including direct care, equipment, and supply chain management.
- Develop medical travel plans and provide operational planning support for domestic and international LSS operations.
- Conduct training for security personnel on medically-related subjects and partner with internal teams on risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead program management efforts to track performance metrics, ensure compliance, and manage medic vendor relationships.
- Drive continuous program improvements and innovative strategies to enhance the user experience for executives and cross-functional partners on general LSS programs and projects.
