The Fleet Actions delivery team within GIG focuses on the enablement and orchestration of capacity fulfillment, from order creation and constraints enforcement through to Delivery. The team focuses on timely execution, exception management, efficient capacity utilization, transformation programs, and delivery policies and expectations into Google Data Centers.
