Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience with technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data centers or mission critical facilities.
  • 5 years of experience with either electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, or infrastructure.
  • Ability to be onsite 5 days a week.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, and scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals.
  • 5 years of experience managing vendor relationships and understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including knowledge of fast-track design build processes and associated documents and agreements.
  • 5 years of work experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems, with an understanding of start up/commissioning processes.
  • Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget while meeting our standards for quality and efficiency. You will be passionate about technology and construction, and will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple data center projects from inception to completion, overseeing all phases, including concept development, design, construction, and deployment.
  • Gather and analyze internal requirements, translating them into effective solutions that meet the needs of our data center operations teams.
  • Work effectively within an organization, collaborating with cross-functional partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and evaluate construction issues, developing creative solutions that minimize impact on project timelines and costs
