Program Design Manager

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline case management workflows, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays compliant. You'll be the main point of contact for both internal teams and external vendors, helping prioritize system updates and resolving any issues that come up. Managing system access, overseeing change management, and providing training on updates will also be part of your responsibilities. To succeed, you'll need 7+ years of solutions architecture experience , particularly with AML systems, and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are key, and experience in fintech or crypto is a bonus. Certifications like ACAMS are highly valued.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

1. Work closely with engineering teams to design, prioritize, and deliver solutions related to AML case management system
2. Manage a backlog of features and enhancements, clearly articulating problems, business justifications, and success criteria
3. Work with product and engineering teams to integrate AML compliance into product design and development
4. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the investigation program, leveraging advanced AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
5. Facilitate the resolution of xfn dependencies, collaborating with Vendor and internal teams to manage a unified roadmap

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility + equity eligibility + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range:

$162,010 - $190,600 USD
