Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
- Experience with marketing principles (i.e. how advertisers plan, buy, measure their media campaigns).
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with YouTube/Google products and services.
- Experience working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the video advertising landscape and ad tech.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns, and grow in ambiguity and manage engaging projects.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment to drive stakeholder alignment and scaled communications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.

In this role, you will partner with global marketing peers, promoters, and our innovative advertisers to showcase how YouTube drives businesses forward. You'll be responsible for uncovering their authentic success stories and translating them into compelling narratives that shift perception and inspire the next wave of marketers. Your work will span a wide range of projects, from crafting executive keynotes and blog posts to developing essential sales enablement assets. You will be building internal and external relationships and grow on cross-functional collaboration with partners in Public Relations (PR), Marketing, Sales, Policy, and Legal.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end client story pipeline, from strategic planning and sourcing through to execution at high-profile events, in web content, sales materials, and other cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Translate platform positioning into clear story briefs and global strategies for communicating customer examples and impact.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal Sales teams and external brand marketing leaders to bring collaborative stories to life.
- Produce high-impact assets designed to amplify our clients success across a range of marketing channels and assets, turning campaign strategies and results into compelling event keynotes, articles, and case study slides.
- Drive the strategy for client storytelling, defining the standard for case studies and ensuring every narrative aligns with and amplifies the core priorities of YouTube Ads.
