Product & Marketing Designer (Contract)

We are looking for a Product & Marketing Designer with exceptional taste and attention to detail to help elevate both our brand and product experience. This is an initial contract role with the potential to evolve into a long-term engagement. The Designer will work closely with the founders, product and engineering teams to refine our brand, design product interfaces, and enhance our website and external communications. We care deeply about quality, clarity, and craftsmanship. What you’ll do Refine and evolve our brand identity and visual guidelinesCollaborate with product teams to design UI mockups and visuals for new featuresDesign dashboards, reports and product interfacesUpdate and improve pages on our Webflow website Create social media visuals, marketing assets, landing pages, newsletter graphics, emails visualsDesign sales and investor materials, including one-pagers and pitch decksImprove the visual structure of documentation and product resourcesEnsure visual consistency across brand, product, and marketing materialsLeverage AI design tools to accelerate iteration and creativity What we’re looking for Outstanding visual taste and attention to detailExperience designing software interfaces and prototypes using FigmaExperience working with WebflowStrong typography and layout skillsExperience contributing to content development and messaging is a plusAbility to maintain and evolve design systems and brand guidelinesComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environmentStrong verbal and communication skills Engagement Contractual: minimum 20 hours per weekInitial term: 3 months assignmentPotential to extend or turn into a permanent roleRemote, with access to our office in Montreal To apply Please send: A portfolio of relevant work (UI/UX + brand)A brief note explaining why you like to work with our teamA brief description of how you use AI tools in your design workflowA short critique of our current website and what you would improve
