Senior Email Marketing Manager (Klaviyo)

We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to join our team! You will play an important role in planning, coordinating and executing the day to day email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast paced environment. More specifically, you will: Email campaign creation, including brief setup, copy implementation, and coordination with designEmail scheduling and deployment to ensure campaigns and flows launch on timeManage email lists and segmentation within KlaviyoBuilding and updating automated email flowsA/B testing for subject lines, content, and layouts to improve performanceTrack and report on email performance metrics and assist with identifying optimization opportunitiesSMS marketing execution, including campaign and flow builds, brief setup, scheduling, and reportingQA processes to ensure accuracy, formatting, links, and deliverability best practicesMaintain email and SMS calendars, documentation, and workflowsStay up-to-date on email and SMS marketing best practices and emerging trends Requirements: 3+ year of experience in email marketing and ecommerce.Experience using Klaviyo.
