Company Overview Claro Enterprise Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to lead the development, integration, and commercialization of in-house and partner software solutions, including a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) application, vertical industry platforms, and a Generative AI practice. This individual will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, define the go-to-market strategy, and work cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that drive effectiveness and enhance business processes for mid-sized companies in the US market. Responsibilities General Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Market Analysis• Analyze market opportunities and identify high-potential market segments and industries.• Define the product vision and roadmap, aligned with Claro Enterprise Solutions’ strategic goals.• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.Product Development & Management• Lead the development and integration of in-house and partner software products.• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and design teams to ensure seamless product implementation.• Define and design use cases for Generative AI applications that add measurable value to customer processes.• Drive prioritization of product features, enhancements, and updates based on customer needs and market demands.Go-to-Market Strategy• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and launch plans.• Partner with product marketing to define collateral, campaigns, and educational materials.• Create and present business cases to senior leadership and stakeholders.Process Standardization & Enablement• Collaborate with the product operations team to standardize processes, documentation, and procedures.• Ensure internal systems and processes effectively support the deployment and management of software products.Customer Focus• Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product strategies.• Act as the product champion internally and externally, driving alignment and enthusiasm.Specific Responsibilities: Lead the development of AI-driven use cases and potentially AI agents for enhancing business processes. Manage partnerships with platform providers for vertical industries, ensuring product integration and differentiation. Research and recommend pricing strategies that balance value and competitiveness. Drive the creation of marketing campaigns and materials in collaboration with marketing teams. Work closely with the sales team to align product positioning with customer needs and competitive insights. Monitor product performance, gather metrics, and optimize products post-launch. Qualifications EducationBachelor's Degree Engineering / Computer Science or related subject area (REQUIRED)Master's Degree MBA, engineering or Information Systems (PREFERRED)Skills4-6 years product management role for the US Market.4-6 years U.S. product management experience in developing technology products and solutions, ideally in both mid-market and enterprise markets4-6 years Experience defining product strategy and product roadmaps.1-3 years Proven track record in launching software products in the B2B market, preferably targeting mid-sized businesses.1-3 years Experience working with CPQ applications, SaaS platforms, or AI-based solutions is highly desirable.1-3 years Outstanding collaboration skills, including the ability to work successfully within multi-disciplinary, matrixed teams to agreed specifications.1-3 years Demonstrated success in market analysis, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy development.1-3 years Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships.7-9 years Experience delivering and executing product security processes, standards, best practices, and tools.1-3 years Familiarity with Generative AI, machine learning, and their business applications.4-6 years Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and software integration.4-6 years Outstanding presentation and communication skills.4-6 years Be proficient in assessing options (e.g., risk, performance, cost-benefit) and informing decision-makers with persuasive visualizations based upon assessment outputs. 4-6 years Must be able to read and comprehend technical reports.4-6 years Highly organized and resourceful LanguageEnglishSpanish is a plus What We Offer Professional developmentA culture that celebrates success and diversityMedical, Dental, Vision16 Holidays, 15 days PTO, 7 sick days401k with a match and tuition reimbursementThe base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated above.
