Product Manager (SaaS experience required)

Description Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesHelp define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap that aligns with overall business goals and achieves product KPIsDevelop quarterly product roadmaps that align with stakeholder communityActively engage with external customers and internal businesses to understand their needsActively maintain awareness of market, competitive, and technology trends and capabilitiesFeature Development: Work closely with product & engineering teams to define product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancementsFeature Prioritization: Develop, prioritize and maintain a robust feature backlog  Feature Delivery: Partner with engineering teams to plan & deliver features and enhancements in an agile environmentEstablish functional KPIs to monitor product health statistics and work within the IT, Sales Operations and Service Operations teams to gain insight into KPI metrics.  Provide direct support to Sales as required to clarify and promote product benefits and featuresSkills and AbilitiesDetail oriented, collaborative, constructive, and able to embrace “The AVI-SPL Way”2+ years of proven experience in product management roles focused on Software as a Service (SaaS) Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and/or Engineering is required. Strong understanding of all elements of the product management process. Pragmatic Institute Certification (Product Management) or comparable industry certification is preferred.Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business and pricing models.
