Product Manager (Remote - US)

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, analytics, and business development, to shape the strategy, define functional requirements, and deliver high-impact products. Your work will directly influence how clinical trials are designed and executed, leveraging cutting-edge computational and AI methods. The role requires balancing creativity and data-driven decision-making while navigating complex constraints in a fast-paced environment. Accountabilities:Define and execute product strategy, monitor progress, and communicate outcomes effectively.Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify product opportunities and prioritize features.Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and user research teams to build and iterate on new user experiences.Develop hypotheses for customer and use cases, rapidly iterating to identify product-market fit.Support quarterly planning and assign objectives to product teams to drive key initiatives.Analyze complex problems and propose data-informed, actionable solutions.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience as a product manager in a technology-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; knowledge of clinical development or biopharma preferred.Proven ability to ship high-impact products or features quickly and effectively.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex constraints and assess risks.Experience collaborating across multiple functional teams including engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing.Technical understanding spanning high-level abstractions to detailed implementation.Strong analytical and storytelling skills, able to turn data into actionable insights.Owner’s mindset with a proactive approach to tackling challenging problems.Passion for advancing healthcare through innovative AI solutions.Nice to Have:Experience building and pricing platforms or tools in technology or healthcare settings.
