DescriptionDESCRIPTION: Duties: Responsible for the product lifecycle from concept to sunset, including building business strategies, performance objectives and outcome based roadmaps. Work with Engineering Leads and Technical Program Managers to ensure roadmaps address the business delivery, technology enablement and operations work. Lead the end to end product performance, including financial, risk, operations and business performance. Advocate for the needs of the product's customers. Make decisions which influence the success of product objectives. Collaborate between stakeholders who share common objectives. Lead customer collaboration throughout all stages of work. Address customer needs. Set priorities and drive the flow of work for a product comprised of many teams. Identify new opportunities and optimize existing solutions. Make decisions on product delivery. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Technical Team Lead, Assistant Consultant, or related occupation. Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following: developing and executing a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals; articulating product vision, product features and requirements; translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable product specifications and ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives; managing and optimizing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and project goals; utilizing project management tool Jira to track progress and provide accurate status reports to stakeholders; using Jira for agile project management, including writing clear and actionable epics, managing sprints and tracking progress; managing backlog prioritization and sprint planning; technical concepts and the software development process including Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Product Discovery, Requirements, Gathering Development and Testing; enabling effective communication and collaboration with engineering teams including experience with programming languages including Java and SQL, mapping software architecture to requirements, and delivering product services using development methodologies including Agile and Scrum; translating business requirements into technical requirements. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: working and collaborating with cross- functional teams including engineering and other related product teams within the business unit to prioritize and implement changes; utilizing Jira dashboards and reports to provide real time visibility into project status, facilitating data driven decision making and enhancing team collaboration. This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: Microsoft PowerPoint, utilizing features such as custom animations, slide transitions, or data visualization tools to create presentations for diverse audiences; leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel functions including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights; SQL for data analysis, enabling efficient extraction and manipulation of data from relational databases; developing and executing queries to support data-driven decision-making, generate reports and insights. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: developing detailed project plans that align with strategic objectives and resource availability; delivering presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences including senior management; identifying product improvement opportunities by analyzing user feedback and addressing user-reported problems; collaborating with development and QA teams to streamline testing procedures; coordinating with cross- functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of key initiatives.
