We are currently looking for a Product Manager, Medical Imaging AI (Platform) in the United States.We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the roadmap and execution of innovative clinical AI products in medical imaging. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including science, software development, customer success, and service to ensure product delivery aligns with both business and clinical goals. You will gather and prioritize requirements, define product specifications, and act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to optimize product impact. This is an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance radiologists’ efficiency and accuracy, while driving revenue and customer satisfaction. The role involves a dynamic environment, close collaboration, and a mix of strategic planning and tactical execution, with occasional travel.Accountabilities:Manage the cross-portfolio roadmap for clinical AI products, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, service, customer success, software) to deliver product vision and business case.Gather and document customer and user goals, clinical workflows, and business challenges to inform product design.Deliver Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with prioritized features and justifications.Act as liaison with R&D for technical optimizations and shared feature development.Engage in agile development activities: scrums, planning, estimation sessions, design workshops, and stakeholder demos.Assess external partnerships and licensing opportunities to enhance product offerings.Contribute to end-to-end product launches and deployments, supporting adoption and operational readiness.Requirements3+ years of experience in healthcare, medical imaging, or radiology preferred.Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare informatics, medical technology, or related field.Proven product management experience in healthcare or clinical informatics solutions.Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows in medical imaging.Demonstrated ability to manage product deployments, coordinate stakeholders, and balance technical and business priorities.Customer-focused mindset with proactive, decisive, and self-starting approach.Excellent communication skills to engage, influence, and align cross-functional teams.Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.Familiarity with Agile principles, prototyping, iterative development, and software launch processes preferred.Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time.Benefits💻 Remote work with flexible hours.📚 Collaborative, agile environment with cross-disciplinary expertise.🎓 Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.💰 Competitive salary in line with experience ($110,000 - $125,000/year).✈️ Occasional travel (10-15%) to support product launches and stakeholder engagement.
