We enjoy knowing our software at the end of the day is being used to help people.Job OverviewAs a Product Manager with Vant4ge, you will be accountable for delivery of market-leading products that create obvious and compelling value to our customers and exceed company and customer objectives. You will work very closely with all stakeholders, including sales, subject matter experts, engineering, operations, compliance, quality assurance, and customer support. The Product Manager will act as a key innovator and contributor in ultimate success of the product.Responsibilities and DutiesOwn product management for features of the Vantage Platform and legacy ProductsActively participate in all aspects of the product development cycle.In an agile environment, develop detailed product stories/requirement to ensure product delivery consistent with target personas, motivators and expectations.Employ and develop product planning and management best practices, establishing and executing reliable processes for collecting and prioritizing customer/market requirements.Work with your team to build, launch, implement, and support the products you ownPlans and Drives releasesEstablish and maintain a strong relationship with customer facing staff as a key resource to address critical pre- and post-sales customer product issues and ultimately help drive product sales engagements to closure.Support, communicate, and advocate product plansWork closely with all stakeholders to communicate customer needs, adjust requirements based on technical feedback, prioritize requirements, and manage changing priorities.Research, learn and implement technologies to develop background for successful product definition.Manage a distributed team consisting of BA’s, QA’s and DevelopersLeads/Mentors the development team,Conduct analysis and design activities for the initiatives you ownHelp Maintain feature roadmap based on the needs of Vant4ge, our partners and customers, incorporating on-going analysis of best in class platformsStay current with industry trends and evaluates 3rd party products with the goal of recommending buy or build decisions QualificationsBachelor’s degree; technical degree a plusMinimum 7 years of directly related scrum/agile product delivery experience4+ Years as a Product Owner/Project ManagerA strong general technical competency requiredExperience working in an entrepreneurial environmentProven track record for high quality product deliveryIn-depth understanding of the agile software development cycle and methodologiesTeamwork, attention to detail, and great communication skills are a requiredOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build and grow-cross functional teamsMust work well with others of all personality types in an intense environmentScrum Master Experience and/or Certification is not required, but is desired We highly value:Passion for and responsibility to the customer/partnerMust be self-starting, hardworking and inquisitiveLeadership through innovation in everything you doPassion for what you do and being self-critical to improveRelentless commitment to winPersonal and corporate integrity
