We are currently looking for a Product Manager, Lending in the United States.This role provides the opportunity to lead the development and launch of innovative lending solutions that improve the financial experiences of millions of consumers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, data scientists, and client stakeholders to define product strategy, roadmap, and vision. The position involves managing the full product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and documentation to quality assurance, user experience optimization, and post-launch performance analysis. This role requires a data-driven, analytical mindset, strong stakeholder leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your decisions directly shape market-leading digital banking experiences.Accountabilities:Lead the design, development, and launch of lending products and digital account opening solutions.Define and communicate product vision and strategy to internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.Manage the entire product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, documentation, timelines, UX analysis, QA, and performance monitoring.Collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and financial institution partners to build innovative solutions.Leverage platform, user, and third-party data to enhance features and optimize financial outcomes for consumers.Provide feedback and guidance to improve organizational processes and product development practices.Participate in industry events, conferences, and client engagements to strengthen market insights and partnerships.RequirementsBA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.5+ years in product management, with 2+ years in lending, loan origination systems (LOS), digital account opening, or credit onboarding at banks, credit unions, fintechs, or vendors.Proven experience launching LOS or adjacent capabilities with measurable results.Strong documentation skills, stakeholder leadership, and auditor-friendly habits.Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Experience in small-business or consumer underwriting, loan compliance, core/servicing integration, credit bureau analysis, fraud mitigation, and eSigning integration is highly valued.BenefitsCompetitive salary: $145,000 - $165,000 per year, based on experience and location.Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.Flexible vacation and work environment.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Collaborative, innovative, and data-driven culture emphasizing trust, respect, and boldness.Exposure to cutting-edge digital banking and lending technologies.
