Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a Technology or Business related field.
- Experience developing and delivering mission critical technology products and services for enterprises.
- Ability to understand customer and stakeholder requirements, and drive discussions by mapping them to technical concepts, tradeoffs and decisions with technical leaders.
- Ability to work in ambiguity, and a changing and highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, with a globally distributed team.
- Ability to work successfully across all disciplines, and influence executive technical and business leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and people management skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop product goal, definition and delivery for Google’s production platform, which empowers Googlers with production service management.
- Meet with product area leaders and conduct market research such as interviewing customers, running surveys and performing analyses to inform product strategy and product requirements.
- Define strategic opportunities and priorities for integration use cases across different product teams and partner organizations.
- Identify and define requirements for AI-powered troubleshooting, configuration, and deployment observability journeys to improve the safety and velocity of deploying changes to production.
- Represent the customer, understand customer business outcomes, and translate customer needs into requirements to drive business impact.
