Job Summary: The Product Manager plays a central role in driving the strategic direction, creation, and growth of ScriptPro’s operational, financial and clinical automation solutions. As part of the Product Management team, this individual is accountable for determining what to build, why to build it, and when to deliver it to market—directly influencing customer success and company growth. The Product Manager defines and executes the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for both new and established products. In this role, they collaborate closely with R&D, Product Support, Pharmacy Strategy, and other teams to conduct product discovery, shape product strategy, and plan the roadmap.Reporting Relationship: Director, Product ManagementShift: Generally, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST. This role is primarily performed remotely, though Kansas City Metro employees may have on-campus requirements according to business need. Generally, all positions may be performed on-campus. Scope of the Role:Lead Product Strategy: Define the product vision and strategic roadmap that aligns with business goalsLead discovery efforts to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and demandEstablish product vision and roadmaps for new and existing products that balance innovation, feasibility, and business impactDevelop business cases to evaluate and prioritize product and solution ideas against business objectivesDefine and manage the Product Roadmap Oversee the product roadmap from concept through commercializationBuild and maintain an outcomes-oriented roadmap that sequences features and initiatives based on strategy, value, and dependenciesPartner with development teams to translate business objectives and customer/market insights into market and product requirementsProduct Roadmap Execution and Delivery: Participate in sprint planning and reviews to maintain alignment and momentum across product, design, and engineering teamsIdentify, define, and track product success metrics (KPIs), such as usage, conversion, churn, and Net Promoter Score to evaluate post‑launch performanceLead Pilot Deployments: Lead pre-launch activities, collaborating with Release Planning and Product Support to ensure successful early deploymentsValidate assumptions, usability, and value delivered before full scale releaseRefine and enhance the product based on feedback, data insights, and evolving business needServe as Voice of the Customer:Engage with pharmacists, leaders, and partners to gather insights and inefficiencies that inform product developmentCollect feedback through interviews, site visits, surveys, product analytics, and support data.Ensure insights are actionable and shared across the organizationCross-Functional and Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define and deliver the long term product vision and roadmapRepresent the company externally at conferences, customer meetings, and industry eventsPerformance Measurement: Monitor and analyze product usage, performance, and customer requests to identify trends and opportunitiesRecommend high‑impact innovations and assess low‑value items for potential phase‑outPerform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field5+ years of Product Management experience within B2B companies, particularly those with complex buying processesAbility to create and execute effective product strategies and roadmaps by incorporating market insights, customer data, and input from multiple stakeholdersExperience developing business cases and defining market and product requirements grounded in market data and customer discovery, balanced with an understanding of technical feasibility and business impactWillingness to travel up to 15% for conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and visits to headquartersExceptional written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsAbility to use data to identify opportunities, inform decisions, and drive measurable resultsDemonstrated commitment to continuous learning and customer‑focused problem solving, with the ability to investigate, inquire, and iterate effectivelyProven ability to excel in high‑velocity settings, maintaining focus and delivering results amid changing prioritiesStrong cross‑functional collaborator with the ability to influence, align, and partner effectively with diverse teams to achieve high‑quality outcomesPreferred Qualifications:Pharmacy or healthcare experience MS or MBA degreeRemote Work Requirements:Must have high-speed reliable internet access with a hard-wired connectionMust have a distraction free home office workspaceMust be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on) Benefits: At ScriptPro, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset.
