We are currently looking for a Product Manager - Data Engineering in the United States.In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of data engineering initiatives that power enterprise tools and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to optimize data pipelines, enhance data warehouses, and improve data accessibility. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of business operations and the quality of insights available to teams, enabling smarter decisions and accelerated growth. Accountabilities·         Own and evolve the data engineering product roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.·         Lead the development and optimization of scalable data pipelines and warehouse solutions.·         Improve the data consumer experience by applying product thinking and gathering stakeholder feedback.·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, manage backlogs, and ensure high-impact deliverables.·         Facilitate agile ceremonies, track progress, and manage sprint execution.·         Stay informed of trends in data engineering, governance, and AI-driven practices to inform product strategy.·         Use KPIs and OKRs to measure success, guide trade-off decisions, and communicate results to stakeholders. Requirements·         3+ years of product management experience in technical domains such as platform engineering or developer tooling.·         Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Redshift, BigQuery, Hive, Kafka, and Airflow.·         Strong understanding of data infrastructure, orchestration frameworks, and data streaming technologies.·         Proven ability to prioritize backlogs, write clear user stories, and translate business needs into actionable technical initiatives.·         Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Rally, or Trello.·         Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity and competing priorities.·         Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance product management and data engineering workflows.Preferred Skills:·         Experience leading product strategy for data engineering initiatives integrated with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or ServiceNow.·         Familiarity with modern data governance practices and enterprise analytics workflows.·         Comfort navigating hybrid- or remote-work environments and distributed teams.
