We are currently looking for a Product Manager, Compliance in the United States.In this role, you will lead the development and growth of compliance-focused products within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches. Your work will directly influence the user experience for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) professionals, helping organizations streamline processes, maintain regulatory adherence, and optimize financial operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape product vision, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company’s mission of modernizing accounting and compliance workflows.Accountabilities:Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for compliance-related offerings.Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for new features or enhancements.Translate product vision into detailed requirements, wireframes, and user stories.Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful product launches.Scope and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.Engage customers in pre-launch testing, incorporating feedback to refine products.Maintain alignment with stakeholders, generating buy-in for the product vision internally and externally.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS product management.Experience managing compliance or GRC-related products is preferred but not required.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of initiatives.Skilled in working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with UX/UI design processes, technical workflows, and software development practices.Knowledge of SOX compliance, enterprise risk management, and internal audits is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salary range of $144,000 - $216,000 with additional performance incentives.Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance.Flexible time off policy and opportunities for professional development.Remote-friendly work environment with collaborative culture.Employee programs and initiatives for growth and community engagement.
