Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Product Manager to support the ongoing development and delivery of Horizon. This is a highly execution-focused role at the center of customer engagement and engineering delivery.You will work directly with customers to understand operational requirements, advise on best practices, and translate high-level requests into clear product specifications and detailed JIRA tickets. You will partner closely with engineering to ensure features are delivered efficiently, with quality, and in a way that remains scalable across a multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform.This role requires strong ownership and follow-through. You will be deeply involved in customer onboarding, integrations, data imports, feature enhancements, bug resolution, and continuous improvement — ensuring that customers are successfully implemented and supported as the product evolves.The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience building complex enterprise SaaS products, strong technical fluency (including APIs and data flows), exceptional communication skills, and a genuine interest (and, ideally, experience) in aviation. This role requires someone who can think systemically, balance immediate customer demands with long-term platform scalability, and take full ownership of outcomes in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment.About HorizonPortside Horizon is a modern flight operations management platform for business aviation operators.
