We are currently looking for a Product Manager – APP & API Platform in United States.This is a high-impact role where you will lead the vision and roadmap for a shared App & API Platform, providing scalable, standards-based components that enable product teams to innovate faster and deliver exceptional solutions. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives, optimize performance, and ensure usability across the entire ecosystem. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder collaboration to drive measurable outcomes and support the growth of B2B SaaS products. You will also track performance metrics, iterate on solutions, and champion platform adoption to maximize business impact.Accountabilities:Define and execute a metrics-driven product roadmap for shared UI and API components.Collaborate with engineering, UX, and QA teams to ensure effective delivery and execution.Gather stakeholder feedback across client services, product, and engineering teams to inform decisions and improve outcomes.Identify and address potential barriers to product success, adapting strategies for optimal impact and profitability.Establish multi-year technical vision and strategy for the App & API Platform in partnership with product and engineering leaders.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client success teams to drive product adoption, messaging, and customer value.Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing insights to guide continuous product improvement.Requirements3–5 years of Product Management experience building and scaling B2B SaaS solutions, preferably in fintech or related industries.Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps informed by competitive analysis, user feedback, and financial modeling.Experience setting and tracking key business and product metrics to inform decisions and adjust strategy.Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences, including clients and internal teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Atlassian Jira for agile planning and backlog management.Solid understanding of front-end architecture, design systems, scalability strategies, and API-driven SaaS platforms.Nice-to-have: SQL/Python experience, Databricks familiarity, and banking or adjacent industry experience.BenefitsCompetitive salary range: $130,000 – $160,000, plus bonus.Flexible work options including hybrid and remote arrangements.Comprehensive health, financial, and lifestyle benefits.Paid time off, floating holidays, volunteering days, and a birthday day off.Learning and development opportunities to advance your career.Collaborative, inclusive work culture with regular social events and networking.Employee assistance programs supporting wellbeing, legal, and financial needs.
