We are currently looking for a Product Manager APP & API Platform in United States.This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded Product Manager to take ownership of a core App and API platform powering an entire suite of SaaS applications. In this role, you’ll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for shared UI and API components that enable scalable, developer-friendly fintech solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust frameworks, streamline integration, and ensure seamless usability across the organization’s product ecosystem. This position combines strategic planning, technical understanding, and stakeholder alignment to deliver measurable impact and accelerate innovation across digital platforms.Accountabilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap focused on scalability, usability, and cross-platform consistency.Partner with Engineering and Product teams to design standards-based frameworks that enhance development speed and efficiency.Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather feedback to identify client and internal team needs.Track product metrics, report insights, and use data-driven decision-making to refine features and priorities.Anticipate challenges and proactively adapt strategies to ensure continuous product success.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to align product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.Drive strategic alignment across teams, setting one-, three-, and five-year product visions for platform evolution.Requirements3–5 years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS, preferably in fintech or related industries.Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps, including competitive analysis and financial modeling.Strong analytical mindset with experience setting and measuring key product KPIs.Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations.Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile delivery.Understanding of front-end architecture, design systems, and API-driven SaaS platforms.Nice to have: experience with SQL/Python, Databricks, and/or background in banking or financial services.BenefitsCompetitive salary range: $130,000 – $160,000, plus performance bonus.Comprehensive financial, health, and lifestyle benefits.Flexible working arrangements, including remote and hybrid options.Generous paid time off, floating holidays, and a day off for your birthday.Learning and development opportunities with industry-leading experts.Inclusive, supportive culture with a strong DE&I program.Employee Assistance Program providing wellness, legal, and financial support.Opportunities for volunteering and community engagement.
