Our newly formed Technology and Solutions Group (TSG) is focused on building the next generation of innovative, scalable, and intelligent test solutions that power our customers’ success across industries.We’re seeking a Product Manager, Analytics and Software who will bridge product strategy and hands-on development — shaping our software and data platforms from concept through commercialization. Location would ideally be in one of our three North American offices in San Jose, CA, Maple Grove, MN, or Burlington, ON, but remote will be considered for this role for the right candidate.Our design staff includes electrical, software, mechanical engineers, and project managers. Our systems are supported by staff throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Malaysia, and China.Position SummaryReporting to the director of the Technology and Solutions Group, the ideal candidate will be a technical software product leader who can:Design the roadmap and architecture for our analytics and cloud strategyDefine product requirements and direction for our Test Partner product, including the integration of cybersecurity solutions for Industry 4.0 applicationsWireframe, prototype, and iterate on customer-facing UIsDeliver a cohesive product vision that integrates software, data, and AI into our test and measurement ecosystemWhile this is a product management and planning role, the ability to write production-quality code in modern backend and frontend stacks is desirable.You’ll own the full lifecycle: market analysis, design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and commercial launch.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership: Define and execute the product roadmap for Circuit Check’s analytics, data, and software solutions including integration of third party analytics tools provided by Circuit Check partnersArchitecture & Development: Plan and build our cloud and data storage infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainabilityUI/UX & Prototyping: Develop wireframes and user interface plans that deliver intuitive, high-value customer experiencesCollaboration: Work cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to align platform development with strategic objectivesAI Integration: Explore, evaluate, and integrate AI and LLM technologies (e.g., Ollama, Model Context Protocol) into our product ecosystemDeployment: Lead containerized development and deployment using Docker, ensuring reliable version control and CI/CD practicesIntegration of Partner Technologies including test data analytics and cybersecurity toolsetsCommercialization: Translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions and marketable software offerings. For this role, our current base pay range is $120,000 - $200,000.Listed range represents the full earning potential in this position. Starting salaries for well-qualified new hires are typically around the midpoint of the range. This range was determined by a market-based compensation approach; we used data from trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent, and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed. Base pay is only one element of an employee's total compensation at Circuit Check. Employees (and their dependents in most plans) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, short- and long-term disability and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Employees are able to enroll in Circuit Check’s 401k plan, in which the Company will match 50% of your contributions up to 6% with a maximum contribution. Paid time off includes vacation and sick time along with paid holidays.
