We are currently looking for a Product Manager, AI in United States.As an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling intelligent agentic systems that transform how care is delivered. You will work at the intersection of applied AI and healthcare, developing conversational AI experiences that support care teams and patient engagement. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, enabling you to iterate quickly from prototypes to production systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and design teams to ensure AI solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with real-world workflows. The environment emphasizes innovation, data-driven decision making, and creating AI-driven experiences that have meaningful societal impact. You will also guide the evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI agents to optimize performance and user experience. AccountabilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy multi-agent AI systems for care coordination and patient engagement at scale.Define and refine agentic interactions, ensuring effective communication, reasoning, and collaboration with human care teams.Prototype and pilot new AI use cases, moving solutions from concept to production.Own internal data labeling, evaluation tools, and workflows to support model monitoring and human feedback loops.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, clinical operations, and design teams to translate complex workflows into scalable AI systems.Define product strategy, success metrics, and prioritize features to maximize impact on patient and care team outcomes.Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational goals and high standards for user experience. RequirementsProven experience shipping AI or conversational products to real users.Deep understanding of LLM-based product development, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.Experience defining product strategy and success metrics in early-stage or ambiguous problem spaces.Data-driven, first-principles thinker able to operate in high-velocity, cross-functional environments.Strong collaboration and leadership skills with a sense of ownership and personal connection to mission-driven work.Excellent communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred:Background in healthcare, social services, or mission-driven technology environments.Hands-on experience with AI operations, model monitoring, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
