DescriptionThe Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase is responsible for accelerating the firm’s AI and data journey. CDAO delivers the central platform Machine Learning Platform – a collection of services and tools – that enables the exploration, development, and deployment of AI models. As an AI Platform Product Manager within CDAO, you will have the unique opportunity to be a critical player in our firm-wide efforts in coordinating and building products that enable Data Scientists at the firm to build and deploy their AI models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class products and capabilities for the firm. As a Platform, we enable our users to more quickly and more efficiently build and deploy models, with enterprise scale and reliability. Job responsibilitiesDefine a strategic vision and roadmap for the platform that includes milestones, deliverables, resources, and timelines Work with stakeholders across the various businesses (Investment Bank, Consumer Bank, etc.) and functional groups (Legal, Technology, Controls) to collect business requirements, create PRDs, and ship high quality products that solve business needs Seamlessly integrate the DevOps experience with the MLOps experienceLead optimization of AI infrastructureDrive the development of platform capabilities for streamlining the passage of models through the Model Development Lifecycle (MLOps), with the objective of reducing the time to market for a machine learning model Drive resource efficiency of centrally shared infrastructure and servicesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product managementProven delivery of enterprise scale and reliability Expertise in Kubernetes, Containers, CI/CD, and DevOps Expertise in the GPU lifecycle, observability, and optimization Expertise in Cloud computing and architecture Familiar with Data I/O optimization Familiar with the unique challenges of deploying and maintaining AI models Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to positively influence and inspire technology teams and stakeholders Strong agile mindset, able to iterate fast and give early feedback Strong track record of owning and developing a product domain strategy and roadmap Able to balance short-term goals and long-term vision in highly complex environments Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
