Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.As a Product Manager in Digital Channels, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. This product role is responsible for defining and delivering the platform to scale content creation, in a standard way. Content must all use the same analytic events, engineering build standards, metadata and taxonomy, and design standards. We’ve built a machine learning platform to personalize what content we serve to users when they log in, and now we need to inject that model with more content.  Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityBuilds the long term strategy to scale the product area  Acquires cross-functional resources to deliver against roadmap  Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementDemonstrated skill in developing product vision, writing product requirements, and establishing topline metrics  Strong track record of partnering with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver impactful products.  Leverages data to drive product decisions, with a focus on increasing topline metrics  Proven track record conducting A/B tests and driving analysis  Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.  Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationPeople managing experienceExperience optimizing conversion funnels in financial institutions, ecommerce, or related areas  Experience building platforms that enable businesses to create and manage content efficiently, ensuring consistent data standards and seamless
