DescriptionKey Responsibilities:    1. Strategic Product Thinking Align product vision with business goals and market needs. Develop product strategies that drive value for both users and the business Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and compliance to create a roadmap Identify market opportunities and de-risking product ideas through experimentation, voice of customer, and market/competitive research   2. Technical Proficiency & Integration Awareness Understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies Knowledge of healthcare SaaS platforms (e.g., EHRs, telemedicine tools) Ensures interoperability with legacy systems and existing healthcare infrastructure   3. User-Centric Design & Customer Insight Conducts user research and usability testing to gather feedback, update requirements, and provide commercial guidance on value proposition Helps designs intuitive, accessible, and compliant user experiences Champion intuitive, accessible, and compliant user experiences tailored to anesthesia workflows   4. Healthcare Industry Knowledge & Regulatory Acumen Familiarity with clinical workflows and terminology Ability to navigate clinical frameworks and translate to product requirements Awareness of patient safety and data privacy concerns (PHI) Maintains general understanding of HIPAA and other compliance standards   5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication Serves as the bridge between engineering, design, clinical experts, and business teams. Leads cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle including refinement and launch Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders Align diverse teams around shared goals and manage expectations effectively   Required Qualifications: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field 3–5 years in product management, ideally within SaaS and/or healthcare technology. Proven track record of launching and iteratively improving digital products. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, compliance). Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs including systems like JIRA or Azure DevOps. Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analtyics, Gainsight, etc). Ability to interpret healthcare data and use it to inform product strategy. Experience working with legal or compliance teams during product development.   Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: Familiarity with EHR systems, clinical workflows, or health data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR). Exposure to HIPAA, GDPR, or other healthcare-related compliance frameworks. Master’s degree or certifications in: Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, General Assembly) Healthcare Administration or Public Health MBA with a focus on technology or healthcare Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-ACP
