Every day, our customers — multi-site operators across retail, restaurant, and grocery — rely on us to manage repairs, maintenance, and provider performance across thousands of locations. As an Associate Product Manager (APM), you’ll join a high-impact team responsible for evolving this core platform. You’ll partner with senior product leaders, engineers, and designers to define and deliver capabilities that streamline work order management, improve provider transparency, and help facilities teams operate more efficiently. This role is ideal for a curious, driven early-career product professional who thrives on solving real-world operational problems through software. You’ll learn to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements, build your product craft, and help shape the next generation of ServiceChannel’s platform.What You’ll Do Product Discovery & Definition Partner with Senior PMs to research customer problems — interviewing facilities managers, technicians, and service providers to understand pain points and workflows. Synthesize insights from data, support tickets, and platform usage to identify opportunities for improvement. Support the creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), ensuring clarity on user needs, business value, and success metrics. Contribute to defining Minimum Marketable Products (MMPs) — the smallest, most focused solutions that deliver measurable value. Execution & Delivery Collaborate with Engineering and UX through the development cycle — clarifying requirements, tracking progress, and validating outcomes. Test product releases, gather customer feedback, and recommend iterations based on learning. Assist in preparing release communications and enablement materials for internal and customer audiences. Measurement & Learning Define KPIs and success metrics with your product pod, measure performance post-launch, and document insights. Contribute to ServiceChannel’s continuous learning culture— through retrospectives, data reviews, and customer debriefs. Learn the craft of roadmapping, innovation practices, and ServiceChannel’s Lean Portfolio Management process. What You’ll Learn The lifecycle of a work order — from problem identification to provider dispatch, invoicing, and analytics. How facilities teams and service providers interact within the ServiceChannel ecosystem. Product discovery frameworks, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making in a B2B SaaS environment. How to balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution — a hallmark of product leaders at ServiceChannel. What You Bring Must-Have Skills 1–2 years of relevant experience (e.g., product, UX, engineering, consulting, or operations) Demonstrated ability to break down complex workflows and communicate them clearly Curiosity, analytical mindset, and a bias for action Comfort working with data (SQL, Excel, or analytics tools) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nice-to-Have Experience or familiarity with B2B SaaS products Exposure to Agile or Scrum workflows Background in computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field Interest in operational domains such as logistics, field service, or facilities management
