This is a physical product management role, responsible for driving strategy, development, and commercial execution across a well-established category. This position plays an important role in supporting Hamilton Beach Brands’ continued growth, innovation, and operational excellence. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners and contributes to key business initiatives that support the company’s long-term strategy.This is a hybrid position based in Glen Allen, VA and reports to the Senior Director, Product Marketing.What You’ll DoSupport the development and execution of category strategy and product roadmap for the Mixing & Opening portfolio. Manage product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and post-market optimizationPartner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver successful product launchesAnalyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product decisionsSupport pricing strategy, margin targets, and overall portfolio performanceAssist in preparing business cases, product briefs, and launch plansMonitor in-market performance and recommend actions to drive growth and improve resultsContribute to innovation pipeline development and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred7+ years of experience in product management, category management, or related roles within consumer goodsExperience in physical product management, appliances, or consumer hardgoods preferred.Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience supporting P&L performanceAbility to translate consumer insights and market data into actionable product strategiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment What We OfferHamilton Beach Brands offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support your well-being and long-term success.
