Product Managers at ProgressBible are responsible for defining and delivering exceptional user experiences within the ProgressBible set of products and services. This involves a deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and technical feasibility to develop and launch innovative products that align with the mission of making God's Word accessible to all and inspiring informed action.Major Job ResponsibilitiesDefine Product Vision:Establish a clear and compelling vision for the product that aligns with the overall business objectives and user needs.Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction, timelines, and feature releases.Conduct Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, including competitive analysis, user interviews, and data analysis, to understand user needs and market trends.Translate user insights into actionable product requirements.Manage Product Development: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business goals.Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure successful product launches.Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product.Support Stakeholders: Communicate product strategy and updates to stakeholders effectively.Provide insights and support to internal and external stakeholders on product-related matters.Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of technology and its application to product development.Be able to translate user needs into technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineers.Minimum Skill Sets (KSAs)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExperience in Agile development methodologiesStrong understanding of user experience (UX) principlesData-driven decision-making skillsExperience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard)Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industryExperience working in a fast-paced, agile environmentExperience working with cross-functional teamsWeekly Hours40
