Description Position at Insulectro Insulectro, the largest national distributor of Printed Circuit Board materials in the US is seeking a talented sales superstar for our Product Manager – Laminates position based out of our Lake Forest, CA location. We are looking for the perfect fit of education, passion and attitude that matches our company culture and enhances our service level to our customers.What You'll Do:Define product vision, develop core positioning and messaging for the product, ensuring efforts are consistent with the overall Manufacturer and internal strategy and goalsWork with Marketing to develop sales tools and collateral, conduct training on new products launchedIdentify potential Customers and conduct product presentations and perform product demonstrations to existing and potential customers working with cross functional teams to produce winning results and ensure no delays are encountered. Manage Opportunity pipeline and competitive market share database.Partner with Sales, Marketing and the Manufacturer to ensure revenue and Customer satisfaction results are met - including technical presentations, product demonstrations, conversions, and price increase introduction as neededConduct Manufacturer Business Reviews as needed.Working with Pricing Group, setting pricing strategy to meet profitability and revenue goalsAssist Technical Account Managers (TAMS) with product related questions and technical data and on-site selling assistance when needed.Assist Customers with product related questions and technical data, troubleshooting problems related to products managedWork with internal teams to support stocking strategy decisions, ensuring proper raw materials are on hand as needed, and supporting the team by working with the Manufacturer on expedite policy and customer needsOur Wish List:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong interest in technical sales within PCB, electronics, or high-tech materialsSelf-motivated, relationship-driven, & eager to learn in a team environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to travel as needed (including potential international travel) Compensation and benefits:Competitive base pay from $73,000 - $105,000 annually based on experience plus commissionsWe offer a competitive benefits package including health benefits, 401K and Paid Time Off.Come join a dynamic and fun team in a fast paced and growing industry.
