We are currently looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of customer needs, technical innovation, and strategic product development.We are hiring our first Product Manager to help shape the evolution of Crogl's product and drive our vision forward. You'll be the voice of the customer and the strategic mind behind our product roadmap, working closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver solutions that transform how security teams operate. This is a critical role that will help position us for our next stage of growth.What you'll doOwn and drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibilityPartner with customers and prospects to deeply understand security operations workflows, pain points, and requirementsDefine product requirements and user stories that translate customer needs into actionable engineering tasksConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategyCollaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product releases on timeWork cross-functionally with GTM teams to ensure successful product launches and customer adoptionTrack and analyze product metrics, user feedback, and adoption patterns to drive continuous improvementChampion the customer perspective in all product decisions and trade-offsWhat you bring to the team4+ years of experience in product management at a Cybersecurity company3+ years of hands-on experience working as a security practitioner (SOC analyst, threat hunter, detection engineer, or similar role)Proven track record of shipping security products and driving product strategy from concept to launchDeep understanding of security operations workflows, including threat detection, investigation, and responseStrong technical aptitude with the ability to work effectively with engineering teamsStrategic mindset with excellent communication skills across all levels, from CISOs to security practitionersData-driven approach to decision making with experience defining and tracking success metricsWhat makes you stand out from other candidatesExperience with threat detection, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, or SOC automation platformsBackground in early-stage startup environments with experience building products from 0 to 1Technical background in software development or security engineeringExperience with modern product management tools and methodologies (Agile, Design Thinking, Jobs-to-be-Done)Strong design sensibility and experience working with UX/UI teamsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related fieldCrogl is an equal opportunity employer, providing employment opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, age, disability, or veteran status.
