Product Development & Management

As a Digital Squad Leader in SPS, you blend Stock Plan expertise with a passion for delivering digital experiences.

Acting as the product owner, you are the end-to-end gatekeeper of the squad mission, strategy, and tactical execution associated with delivering on strategic priorities. In an Agile structure, you will partner with other Fidelity leaders to influence the broader strategic decisions, roadmaps and resource requirements, set and refine the mission, and bring together a team of chapter members to complete specific features and ensure respective products or services are available, stable, performant, and supported.

You will ensure alignment on the “what” and “when” work is to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog. You will enable squad members to work iteratively, innovate through testing and experimentation, and learn from failures while celebrating success! You are committed to developing your own expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to your role

The Team

You will work in partnership with the Product Area Leader, team members, and chapter leaders within the Plan Sponsor and Associate Experience Product Area. By role modeling and promoting agile and Fidelity leadership principles, you will promote and sustain an innovative agile culture. You will act as a SPS advocate ensuring we are building intuitive, Multiproduct focused experiences for our Plan Sponsors.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

1. 5+ years of related product management experience, systems development, product development, and/or project/product management.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Financial services experience preferred.
4. Experience with Equity Compensation preferred but not required.
5. Agile experience preferred.
