We are currently looking for a Principal Product Manager in the United States.This strategic role is designed for an experienced product leader who thrives at the intersection of data, design, and business impact. You will lead the strategy and roadmap for activation and growth, shaping the end-to-end onboarding and expansion experience for users. The position offers high visibility and influence across product, engineering, AI, and GTM teams, with the opportunity to implement AI-driven product-led growth initiatives. You will drive experimentation, conversion optimization, and measurable business outcomes while collaborating with executives to align vision and priorities. This individual contributor position is highly strategic, cross-functional, and critical to overall product success. Accountabilities:Lead strategy and roadmap for onboarding, activation, and expansion initiatives.Define and optimize end-to-end user experiences using AI and product-led growth principles.Influence executives and cross-functional stakeholders, clearly communicating strategy, progress, and learning.Collaborate with engineering, design, AI, data, and GTM teams to deliver and iterate on impactful product experiences.Identify and remove friction in activation and attach funnels, using data and customer feedback to prioritize improvements.Design, execute, and analyze experiments to test hypotheses and drive measurable outcomes.Define, monitor, and report on success metrics such as activation %, attach %, and time-to-value. Requirements7+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS.Proven ownership of growth, onboarding, or activation funnels with measurable impact.Hands-on operator with the ability to define strategy, validate hypotheses, and deliver results quickly.Strong analytical skills, comfortable with product metrics, funnel analysis, and experimentation; SQL knowledge is a plus.Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional and executive interactions.Experience with AI-powered features and leveraging AI for product-led growth is highly desirable.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive and structured approach.
