Making the resulting products easy to use is challenging, yet rewarding.Parallels Product Manager is a humble, curious individual, who is passionate about positively changing the life of people through technology. The Principal Product Manager is a pivotal member of our organization, who leads strategic initiatives, shapes product vision, and guides cross-functional teams to deliver world-class solutions that meet the needs of our customers and exceed market expectations.  RESPONSIBILITIESProduct Strategy and Vision:Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives.Define and prioritize product initiatives and enhancements based on the vision, strategy, taking into accout market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities to differentiate our products in the market.Cross-Functional Leadership:Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of the product roadmap.Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the product organization.Product Roadmap and Execution:Own the product roadmap and communicate priorities, timelines, and progress to key stakeholders.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.Iterate quickly based on feedback and data to optimize the user experience and drive business results.Customer Focus:Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and use cases through research, interviews, and data analysis.Advocate for the voice of the customer in product decisions and champion user-centric design principles.Regularly gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product direction and improvements.Product Management Leadership:Follow, improve, and create business processes in the organization to ensure an elevated level of productivity and learning from mistakes; Advocate for technologies, practices and processes that facilitates better results; Consult and help other product and program managers to improve their outputs and outcomes;Required:Fluent English to communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues7+ years in product management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership/senior product management capacity.Extensive experience leading the development and launch of successful software products or services.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.Outstanding content creating skills: blog posts, requirements, specifications, instructions, prototypesOutstanding presentation skills: show demos, tell stories, create decks, display data.Passion for technology, innovation, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
