Overview

As the Influencer & Content Marketing Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Italian marketing strategy for global and local live events, driving social media and content campaigns, and managing influencer partnerships. You will efficiently handle budget allocation, analyse campaign performance, ensure compliance with advertising standards, and oversee legal matters. Additionally, you will spearhead PR initiatives, foster community engagement, and drive content innovation to elevate brand visibility.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the Italian marketing strategy for global (e.g., EPT, WSOP) and local (e.g., Campione Open) live events, overseeing content creation and amplification across all event stages.

• Oversee social media, YouTube, and non-gaming content strategies, managing end-to-end content planning, production, publishing, and community engagement.

• Develop and execute influencer and talent partnership strategies to enhance brand visibility, while managing relationships with external agencies.

• Analyse influencer performance, manage content marketing budgets, and ensure financial controls and compliance with advertising standards.

• Handle contracts, IP control, and legal matters related to influencer and content marketing.

• Coordinate media relations, consumer PR, and community management (e.g., Poker communities) to boost brand engagement.

• Brainstorm and implement innovative content formats and strategies, including Poker content marketing and streaming initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in community management or player engagement, ideally in gaming or online entertainment

• Skilled in managing online communities and using platforms like Discord, Twitch, and social media

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Data-driven with experience tracking engagement metrics

• Proficient in both Italian and English.

• Willing to travel within Europe as required by business needs.
