Job DetailsJob Location: Remote Employee - Hanover, MD 21076Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 SalaryAbout the Role  We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing Digital & Ecommerce team and help accelerate revenue growth across our paid media ecosystem. This is a hands-on, strategic role for a data-driven marketer who thrives in building, scaling, and optimizing paid campaigns while collaborating closely with creative, ecommerce, and external partners.    You’ll own the end-to-end paid media strategy, from campaign build and execution to performance analysis and continuous optimization while also helping shape the future of our paid media capabilities through new features, platforms, and audience strategies.    What You’ll Do  Paid Media Strategy & Execution  Own and manage paid advertising across:  Google Ads  Microsoft/Bing  Meta (Facebook & Instagram)  Paid social channels including Reddit, Snapchat, and emerging platforms  Build, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns focused on:  Revenue growth  Customer acquisition  Audience expansion and retention  Set up, maintain, and continuously optimize campaign structures, budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting    Growth & Innovation  Develop and execute strategies to grow direct-to-consumer sales through paid channels  Enable growth through channel expansion into new and emerging channels (i.e. TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit) and launching paid media for new ecommerce sites  Stay current on platform updates and emerging trends, translating new features into actionable growth opportunities  Own experimentation and testing roadmaps to drive incremental performance gains    Creative Collaboration  Work closely with creative teams to:  Brief and align on visual and copy assets  Ensure creative aligns with performance goals  Iterate based on performance insights and learnings  Partner cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are both brand-aligned and conversion-focused  Partnerships & External Relationships  Serve as the primary point of contact for Front Row, ensuring strong collaboration, accountability, and performance alignment  Build and maintain strategic relationships with:  Google representatives  Meta and other platform reps  Agencies and external partners  Leverage partner insights to inform strategy, optimization, and testing    Reporting & Insights  Own performance reporting across all paid channels, including:  Revenue, ROAS, CPA, CAC, and audience growth metrics  Deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders  Share updates on performance, new features, platform changes, and growth opportunities  Use data to inform strategy and continuously refine execution    Additional Responsibilities  Support broader Digital & Ecommerce initiatives as needed  Contribute to cross-functional projects and pilots aligned with business priorities  Perform other duties as assigned    What We’re Looking For  Required Qualifications  5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media  Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across:  Google Ads  Microsoft/Bing  Meta  Paid social platforms (e.g., Reddit, Snapchat)  Strong understanding of:  Campaign structure and optimization  Audience targeting and segmentation  Performance measurement and attribution  Experience working closely with creative teams (visual and copy) to drive results  Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action  Comfortable owning strategy while also executing day-to-day work    Preferred Qualifications  Ecommerce or DTC experience strongly preferred  Experience managing or partnering with agencies  Familiarity with launching and scaling new channels or platforms  Experience building relationships with platform reps (Google, Meta, etc.)  Experience managing paid media across multiple ecommerce stores within the same sales vertical  Based in or willing to commute within the DC / Maryland area    Why This Role Is Exciting  You’ll have real ownership over paid media strategy and performance  You’ll influence how we scale revenue and acquire new audiences  You’ll work alongside a collaborative Digital & Ecommerce team with strong leadership support  You’ll help shape the future of our paid media capabilities as we continue to grow  Qualifications
