DESCRIPTION The Performance Marketing Manager owns end-to-end digital performance across paid media, website conversion, analytics, and funnels. This role ensures our digital ecosystem is fully measured, optimized, and aligned with business goals. You’ll manage all digital ad accounts, implement measurement frameworks, maintain dashboards and scorecards, and deliver actionable insights that drive sustainable growth across acquisition, free trial, ecosystem, and inbound funnels. This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented marketer who is comfortable working across GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRO workflows, and cross-functional teams including ABM, Strategy, and Web. Key Responsibilities Analytics, Tracking & Measurement Own GA4 implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization. Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) including all custom events, triggers, tags, and data layer requirements. Maintain tracking across all funnels: inbound, free trial, ecosystem, and paid channels. Conduct recurring Search Console deep dives, evaluating queries, impressions, CTR trends, and LLM-driven SEO performance. Build and maintain advanced pivot tables to enable deep exploration of ad and funnel performance. Produce recurring Website Conversion Reports and Performance & CVR insights for stakeholders. Scorecards, Dashboards & Reporting Own the Digital Scorecard: upkeep, optimization, and accuracy. Deliver scorecard updates Weekly (WoW), Monthly (MoM), and Quarterly (QoQ). Maintain budget pacing documents and monthly investment summaries. Produce ad account deep dive reports, including channel efficiency, CVR analysis, CPA/CAC trends, and funnel diagnostics. Paid Media Ownership Fully own, pace, manage, and optimize all Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. Lead campaign refreshes, ads refreshes, creative rotations, and audience tests. Manage Meta remarketing, prospecting, conversion events, and landing page mapping. Oversee paid conversion event integrity across platforms. Remove/manage targeting dependencies with other products in the organizations Funnel & Conversion Optimization Evaluate and optimize end-to-end inbound funnels, including channel-to-lead-to-opportunity flow. Monitor and optimize free trial funnel performance across geographies and acquisition sources. Monitor ecosystem performance funnels, including partner, referral, and integration-driven traffic. Analyze landing page performance, identify CRO opportunities, and coordinate execution with the CRO team. Collaborate with Strategists on creative needs and performance-driving assets. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with ABM teams to align targeting, budgets, and funnel segmentation. Collaborate with the CRO team to test landing pages, messaging, and UX improvements. Work closely with the Creative Strategist to brief and deliver assets for ads across Meta and Google. Coordinate with content, product marketing, web, and sales teams to ensure alignment across funnels. REQUIREMENTS 4–7+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or analytics. Expert knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Search Console. Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and build reporting structures. Proven success managing multi-channel performance budgets and pacing. Experience with B2B SaaS funnels, free trials, lifecycle conversion metrics, and LTV/CAC modeling. Deep understanding of website conversion principles and experimentation frameworks. Hands-on experience with ad copy testing, landing page optimization, and creative coordination. Ability to simplify complex performance insights for executive-level stakeholders. Success in This Role Looks Like Accurate, reliable tracking and insights across the entire digital ecosystem. Salary: The annual starting salary for this position is between $81,000 - $96,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
