Built for growth that drives real outcomes.The RoleWe're hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across a portfolio of Roveir and Roveia Health client accounts.This is a mid-level, multi-channel execution role. You're comfortable running Meta and Google as your core channels and can support on YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn when needed.You'll work closely with Senior Performance Marketing Leads, account managers, and creative teams to drive measurable results across your accounts. You'll be responsible for day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting.Agency experience is required.
