To manage this, HR teams use a structured, location-based approach to deliver support.
The People Consultant works with Googlers, People Partners, and other POps teams. This role provides personalized guidance, support, and solutions across a broad spectrum of People Operations activities, requiring expertise and depth across multiple specialties and organizations.
