Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.As a Product Manager in Global Clearing, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityUtilize in depth knowledge of PACS and Pain Message formats (ISO 20022) to support, analyze, and optimize payments workflowsWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance processes related to cross border payment messaging and system integrationSupport the end to end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing and launchSupport management in implementing solutions to mitigate risk associated with Global Clearing payment product and servicesAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementDemonstrated hands on experience working with ISO 20022 standards, particularly in payment messaging (Pain, Pacs, Camt messages)Strong analytical skills Ability to develop collaborative relationships with business stakeholders Curiosity to dig into data to identify root cause efficiency opportunities Creative problem solver Ability to use data to tell stories and drive behavior and translate business objectives into quantifiable metricsProficiency in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationPayments expert-strong point of view on the future of payments informed by experience and though leadership
