Drives measurable business impact through strategic planning, execution, and optimization.What you'll do at UiPathDevelop and lead integrated partner marketing strategies across partner channelsOwn performance of programs, including partner-sourced pipeline and ROITranslate business and partner objectives into effective joint marketing plansInfluence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional and partner teamsIdentify and scale successful partner programs and best practicesDrive innovation and continuous improvement in partner marketingCoach and develop team membersWhat you'll bring to the team7+ years experience in marketing, partner marketing, or channel marketingStrong experience in B2B technology environmentsAdvanced analytical and strategic thinking skillsDemonstrated ability to build and execute complex partner programsAbility to work in complex matrixed organizationsProven experience developing and leading integrated partner marketing programs or strategiesTrack record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact through partner marketing programsExperience managing complex co-marketing campaigns and interdependencyDemonstrated ability to translate business and partner objectives into effective marketing strategies and plansExperience making data-driven decisions to optimize program performance at scaleProven ability to identify and scale successful partner programs, frameworks, or approachesExperience solving complex partner marketing challenges requiring strategic and analytical thinkingExperience influencing program direction, prioritization, and resource allocationEvidence of improving partner marketing effectiveness, performance frameworks, or execution modelsLeverages AI to create efficiencies and scaleCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role.#LI-KS6Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
