Hi Auto is the most trustworthy AI order taker for drive-thrus, partnering with major quick-service restaurant brands across the US, UK, and New Zealand. Growing quickly, we have the largest number of voice AI drive-thru restaurant deployments, competing directly with both big tech and restaurant tech players.We are looking for a strategic, hands-on VP Marketing to own the full marketing function as we scale. This is a pipeline-generation and brand-building role. You will work directly with the CEO and VP Sales to drive both our corporate acquisition and franchisee deployment motions through world-class marketing.Key Responsibilities:Product MarketingDefine and continuously refine Hi Auto’s positioning and competitive differentiation across both GTM motionsTranslate product capabilities into compelling, customer-centric messaging for corporate HQs and franchise operatorsOwn buyer personas, competitive intelligence, and win/loss analysisProduce or direct enterprise whitepapers, case studies, ROI tools, and pilot overviews that support every stage of the sales cycleAccount-Based Marketing (ABM)Build and execute named-account ABM programs targeting ~66 US corporate QSR brands across LinkedIn, email, and displayOwn buying committee mapping and coordinate outreach tightly with the VP SalesField MarketingOwn the full lifecycle of QSR industry events — outreach, booth experience, lead capture, and post-event follow-upExecute executive dinners and briefings at conferences; secure speaking slots at franchisee conventionsBrand & PRScale the PR program across QSR trade press and tech publications; build CEO thought leadership on LinkedInEnsure brand consistency across both motions and create the “Brand Transition Kit” for franchise network rolloutsAI-Powered MarketingDirect AI-assisted processes for content production, data enrichment, campaign optimization, and competitive researchContinuously identify opportunities to use AI to drive efficiencyMarketing OperationsLead a full HubSpot cleanup, build tiered segmentation, and own marketing automation end-to-endCollaborate with the VP Sales on shared pipeline definitions, data quality, and forecast accuracy 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in a startup or scale-up environmentStrong product marketing foundation — positioning, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and win/loss analysisHands-on ABM experience against a finite, named-account target list; proficient in LinkedIn Ads and intent data toolsHas owned field marketing and event cycles end-to-end, from pre-conference planning through ROI measurementHas built or scaled a PR and thought leadership program in a vertical marketProficient in HubSpot and actively uses AI tools to create content, automate workflows, and scale outputQSR, restaurant tech, or adjacent vertical experience preferred; franchise or channel marketing experience is a strong plusJoin us to be a part of an amazing team, interesting and unique challenges, and an opportunity to influence and build something big.
