Part Time Graphic Designer at LaSalle Network

LaSalle Network is looking to hire a Part Time Graphic Designer to support a local client in the real estate space here in Chicago! We are looking for someone that can create high-quality marketing materials for property listings. This role requires strong design skills, adaptability, and the ability to make quick revisions as needed.

This is an ongoing freelance position, with variable hours each week, and with the flexibility to come onsite as needed to their Lakeview office.

Part Time Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials for each listing, including postcards, property flyers, and social media graphics
• Create and edit designs using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• Ensure designs are optimized for both print and digital formats
• Work with web design platforms and social media to maintain a cohesive brand identity
• Quickly adapt to changes and incorporate feedback efficiently

Part Time Graphic Designer Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• Experience designing for web and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick revisions
