As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience by assisting with product inquiries, providing makeup advice, and supporting sales efforts through upselling and cross-selling techniques. Your knowledge of makeup application and the Sacha Cosmetics product line will be key to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to all customers by answering product-related questions, assisting with product selection, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sacha Cosmetics' product line, including ingredients, uses, and benefits. Share this knowledge with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products and services that complement the customer's purchase, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Makeup Application Guidance: Offer personalized makeup application tips and recommendations, assisting customers in choosing the right products for their skin tone, type, and desired look.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through phone, email, and in-store visits, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism, patience, and care.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
