Responsibilities:
- Manage and update Follow-Up Boss CRM with real estate leads.
- Vet and qualify incoming leads through calls, texts, or emails (calls preferred).
- Follow decision tree scripts to assess and qualify leads.
- Assign tasks and create follow-up reminders for leads.
- Collaborate with in-house lenders to hand off qualified leads.
- Maintain detailed notes and ensure consistent communication with clients.
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills with minimal accent (deal-breaker).
- Proficiency in Follow-Up Boss CRM (strongly preferred; potential deal-breaker).
- Ability to follow provided scripts and decision trees effectively.
- No prior real estate knowledge required, but familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
