ABOUT US

1. Grown to seven-figure daily volume since launching in late 2018.
2. Swap 200+ cryptocurrencies across multiple blockchains.

ROLE

1. Oversee day-to-day ops/risk management: Coordinate logistics, workflows, and support functions across the team.
2. Risk oversight: Work closely with our risk management partners, maintain strong relationships, and identify gaps or issues in real time.
3. Compliance awareness: Ensure processes align with industry best practices and evolving regulatory requirements.
4. Technical coordination: Work closely with service providers and resolve operational or technical issues as they arise.
5. Report to executive team: Provide regular updates and structured reporting to support strategic decision-making.

YOU

1. Experienced: You have a proven background in operations or risk management.
2. Crypto background: Familiarity with exchanges, wallets, compliance, and risk considerations in the crypto space.
3. All-rounder mindset: You’re practical, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across teams and jurisdictions.
4. Technical ability: You are comfortable working with service providers and have strong technical knowledge to keep operations running smoothly.
5. Detail-oriented: You spot gaps before they become problems and you can balance structure with adaptability.
