WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Investigate complex problems and present findings to stakeholders, translating data into clear and
compelling narratives.
• Participate in technical onboarding by serving as a bridge between technical developers and operational
teams.
• Propose solutions to facilitate constructive discussion and foster an environment that encourages
innovation, continuous improvement, and growth within the team to arrive at the most optimal solution.
• Participate in managing and resolving major system outages, change control, and provides technical
support for dashboard applications and reporting.
• Ensures detailed system test plan execution, provides issues tracking and consolidation, and UAT efforts.
• Use advanced Excel techniques, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and Power Query to streamline
data analysis processes.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and availability.

• Expertise: Expert knowledge of Excel, including formulas, data manipulation, and analytics
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, project/product management, or business intelligence, preferred.
• Advanced degree or certification in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field with
Information Technology focus.
• Healthcare Industry experience preferred.
