Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience with the Google Stack (i.e.Google Ads, DV360, SA360, GA4), Social Media Platform (e.g., Snap, TikiTok) and direct partner buys.
  • Experience with Google AI Products for campaign set-up, asset creation and audience targeting tactics.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders and teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with causal/incrementality testing and optimizing the customer journey.
  • Experience with the full marketing funnel, including Brand experience or previous work on integrated teams that plan full funnel marketing.
  • Experience managing technical projects to integrate performance media with owned and operated marketing channels, including translating marketing needs into technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of the apps marketing, apps advertising solutions (on-stack and off-stack) and landscape.
  • Understanding of leveraging Google Stack, focusing on direct response solutions like Search, Display, Video.
  • Ability to communicate tasks and ideas to non-technical people in product management, creative, etc.

In this role, you will join us at the forefront of marketing innovation where technology meets creativity. As a part of Google's Media Lab, you will be instrumental in shaping the success of Consumer and Business to Business products by spearheading Performance Media strategies across Google on-network platforms like Google Ads, DV360, and media purchased off-network like social networks to grow a dedicated user base and drive business impact. You will take the lead on our mission- critical goal of growing iOS Google App active users by owning a strategy from start to finish and collaborating with a global team of experts, seeing your impact in real time.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design and lead performance media strategies for iOS Google App to accelerate Search Growth and grow Daily Active Users.
  • Take charge of the entire media campaign life-cycle from the initial brainstorm and strategy session to execution and analyzing results to own the end-to-end media journey.
  • Act as a key partner and central connector, building relationships with leaders across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to get big ideas off the ground while collaborating with regional partners across the world to launch, scale, drive performance.
  • Translate campaign performance into compelling insights through data-driven decisions, communicating business impact and opportunities to partners and executives.
  • Connect our paid, owned, and earned media to unify marketing voice, working hand-in-hand with the Brand, Analytics, SEO, ASO and Social teams to create impactful campaigns.
