The primary purpose of this role is to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of healthcare and behavioral health professionals in the United States. Unlike traditional sales roles, the focus is on driving awareness, engagement, and long-term attraction through multi-channel marketing rather than individual sales conversations.You will act as the "engine" for the recruitment process by ensuring a steady flow of interested candidates is available for the business. The role specifically targets the Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Allied Health sectors, supporting organizations that serve patients with autism and ADHD.Target CandidatesRegistered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs) Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Occupational Therapists (OTs) Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs) Social Workers The following are the core requirements and tasks needed to succeed in the role:Community Management: Building and growing professional social media communities aligned with ABA and allied health.Content Marketing: Publishing and scheduling engagement-focused content for US-based clinicians and distributing thought leadership materials.+1Campaign Execution: Designing and running outbound email and text marketing campaigns.Data Sourcing: Ethically sourcing candidate data and building structured lists of US-based professionals.Collaboration: Working closely with Recruitment and Delivery Consultants to ensure "warm leads" are handed over with full context.
